Is it a game or real life?  Gamer staring Genard Butler and Logan Lurman.  The movie is based on a virtual, but real life video game world.  Convicts sentence for life have a choice to play in this video game against computer trying to make it to a designated safe zone.  If the murder row convicts decides to indeed participate in this "game"  then they have to survive 30 rounds without getting killed.  These inmates are controlled by individual gamers in the "real world".  The main character is Genard Butler, the convicted inmate, he survives these 30 rounds by being a "bad ass" because his god like contoller, Logan Lurman, is a "bad ass".  Eventually Lurman is able to communicate with Butler and finds out to win these 30 rounds without dying he needs to give up control of Butler.  Butler survive but what happens next.  Scroll down to find out otherwise watch the show.

The message of the movie is portayed to state that life is not a game and just because these convicts are on murder row doesn't mean you can comand people to kill these real life people.  It is real life.

Butler's 30th round gets cut off because the man in charge of the game doesn't like how Butler's winning.  Butler finds his wife makes it so she can think for herself, kills the man in charge of running the game and lives happily ever after with his wife and daughter he hasn't seen in four years.
